Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 3-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • We offer standard shipping options, with delivery estimated between 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or delays beyond our control.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped, containing your tracking numbers. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Destinations:

  • We currently ship to addresses within the Qatar. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • Some products may have specific shipping restrictions due to their size, weight, or other factors. Any such restrictions will be noted on the product page.

Lost or Damaged Shipments:

  • HFM is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team at hfm.fragrances@gmail.com to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • HFM is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Change of Address:

  • It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping information. If you need to change the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at hfm.fragrances@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed and shipped.
